The architecture of the residential buildings featuring natural stone facades in Europaviertel, the new downtown district, adopts the baroque configuration of the Boulevard. The northern edifice is divided up into two and three-room apartments. In the design of the footprints for the rented apartments, attention was paid to making them as easy as possible to furnish and to an ideal alignment of the rooms.
