The former Versorgungshaus und Wiesenhüttenstift building of 1911 is being converted into residential accommodation. The load-bearing sections of the listed building are to be preserved. Modernization of the façade will focus on details such as windows, balconies, and dormers. On the park side the apartments feature balconies, loggias or patios. The individual footprints of the rooms are in response to the demands of urban living enthusiasts.
