A strictly structured residential building is being constructed in of the most up-market streets in the Sachsenhausen district of Frankfurt. It comprises a 4-storey building with a terraced roof-top storey, a stairwell which, though linking the structure, in visual terms serves as a dividing element, and a 3-storey villa featuring a turret. Despite the fact that they form a single unit, both the villa with the turret and the 4-storey villa with the terraced roof-top storey are clearly discernible as individual cubes.
