On a site consisting of two plots situated in one of the prime locations in the city, a small quarter with some 80 villas and the necessary facilities is being built.
The periphery of the quarter is sharply defined forming an interesting contrast with the appearance of the actual development: the seemingly casual arrangement of squares, gardens and villas makes for a fascinating quarter. The basic villa is a two-storey building with patio covering a total area of some 160 square meters; the largest villas take up 344 square meters. In addition to a patio – with fountain – each villa has a garden area, not to mention stepped terraces. The floor-to-ceiling windows emphasize the vertical and also form a contrast with the stone façade and the delicate, shady pergolas of the gardens and terraces.
