The seven-story building with penthouse is intended to strengthen the comparatively quiet southern edge of Bockenheimer Landstrasse, so as to form a counterweight to the inconsistent north side. Elongated balcony strips that emphasize the horizontal are a dominating formal element. The sub-division by means of a 1.35 axis grid is articulated in a punctuated façade of high rectangular windows. It is clad in "Mocca Creme", which contrasts with the bronce coloured steel balcony and the glass balustrades configured in a line. Seen from Alte Oper, the building appears to mark the end of Bockenheimer Landstrasse. The entrance was positioned to be visible from here and now rounds the corner. As the load-bearing elements are limited to the exterior walls and the access core, the footprint is extremely flexible such that the available space can be divided into open plan, combination and cellular offices.
