On the site at 195-197 Mainzer Landstrasse a seven-storey office building with 22,000 sq. m. of floor space is under construction. To begin with at the rear of the site interior work on the building at 201-203 Mainzer Landstrasse will be completed. In the second building phase the new building at 195-197 Mainzer Landstrasse will be erected. The west site will differ considerably from the neighboring buildings. The design by Jo. Franzke Architekten envisages a staircase-like facade clad in cream- colored natural stone. The resplendent two-storey entrance hall, floor-to-ceiling windows, and Mediterranean greenery in the interior courtyards are other particular features. On one storey up to 3,000 sq. m. of continuous floor space with high-end interior fittings can be configured for companies that prefer short, manageable communications channels. On the west site a tram stop provides access to the public transportation system and is close to Frankfurt’s main station.
