The building, with its natural stone façade, fills the last remaining gap in the street. Toward the interior of the block all spacing had to be on the plot of land itself. In the case of the 5-storey building this implied extreme terracing to the interior of the block, creating a bizarre charm. This produces extremely lively spatial perception on the interior of the building.
