The new Frankfurt district Europaviertel continues to grow. On 28 October, 2009 the building complex on lot south 4 at Europaallee celebrates its topping-out ceremony. The architecture is configured in accordance with the alignment of the Boulevard.
The complex, jointly developed and realised by Vivico and Realgrund AG, consists of a residential and commercial building on Europa-Allee with 112 rental flats and three rear city villas with 51 freehold flats. In total, the complex has around 183,000 square feet of gross floor space. Completion of the residential building is scheduled for spring 2010.
