In the beginning of July the first residential building at Europaallee with 189 apartments has been completed. The first tenants moved into the new building on plot sout three.
The architecture of the building featuring natural stone facades adopts the baroque configuration of the Boulevard. The northern edifice is divided up into apartments from 40 bis 132 square metres. In the design of the footprints for the rented apartments, attention was paid to making them as easy as possible to furnish and to an ideal alignment of the rooms.
